Providing Anti-Embolism 18mmHg (Millimetres of Mercury, used to measure the pressure of body fluids) Medical Grade Compression, the Neo G Anti-Embolism Thigh High Compression Hosiery are a luxury medical device. Reducing the risk of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), especially in surgical bedridden patients, the anti-embolism thigh highs can be used as a pre and/or post surgery aid. Helping to promote increased blood flow velocity in the legs, they can reduce the symptoms of tired and aching legs, mild edema and swelling.
The maximum compression level exists at the ankle and gradually decreases up the leg, making for True Graduated Compression, helping to aid circulation.
The shaped heel cup in synergy with the silicone anti-slip band provide accurate positioning for the possible best fit and keep the Anti-Embolism thigh highs in place. The specialist material allows for softness and comfort as well as breathability whilst being reinforced around the toe for yet more increased comfort and durability.
