We hope you love your new Neo G purchase. But if you’re unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us in its original packaging, boxed and undamaged.
We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on unused items returned within 30 days. If the item is faulty, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange where possible. Return postage is not included in the refund cost unless the product is defective. Full terms and conditions can be found on our terms and conditions page.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of any worn, used or damaged products. Our money back guarantee covers unused items only.
Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of or any products worn directly on the skin, or pantyhose once these have been worn - with the exception of faulty items. Please try them on over your clothing to test the fit if needed.
